About the event

Delve deeper into trace monotypes with this expanded class! A trace monotype (also known as a transfer drawing) is a fun and accessible printmaking method that involves drawing on paper placed over an inked surface. The result is a one-of-a-kind print with a fuzzy, ephemeral quality—perfect for October. This class will cover variations on materials, methods, and how to push your monotype with mixed-media. You will leave with a handful of unique prints and knowledge of how to continue this process at home. Participants are welcome to bring their own reference images for tracing. Instructor for this class will be Angelina Parrino
